Service Advisor – 2nd Shift

About the role

Kriete Truck Centers, a family‑owned truck dealership, is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor for the 2nd shift. You will be the primary point of contact for customers at the service counter, guiding repair orders from start to finish while ensuring profitability and a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their service needs, and accurately enter information into the dealer management system.
• Provide clear diagnoses, competitive estimates, and obtain customer approvals.
• Communicate repair status updates consistently throughout the service process.
• Coordinate with the service manager, technicians, and other advisors to schedule and prioritize jobs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and over‑the‑road customers.
• Monitor recall and warranty information, submit supporting documents, and process warranty repairs.
• Invoice services and close repair orders efficiently.
