Loyalty Program Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Loyalty Program Sales Representative to promote Yalt’s marketing platform to small businesses in Lisbon and the surrounding territory. You will drive new customer acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect small‑business prospects through research, networking and cold calling.
• Deliver in‑person presentations and product demonstrations of the Yalt platform.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, understanding their needs and positioning Yalt as a solution.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to product and support teams.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and new product features.

Required profile

• Proven field‑sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or marketing solutions to small businesses.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand and address unique business needs.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
