Senior Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in Brussels. You will be responsible for managing and supporting both Microsoft Windows and Linux environments, ensuring high availability and security for critical ISR and coalition operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Windows Server (2016 and newer) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (7.5 and newer) platforms.
• Maintain virtualization infrastructure using Hyper‑V and VMware.
• Manage Oracle and SQL databases, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Support and configure Coalition Shared Data (CSD) services and ISR workflow processes.
• Provide technical support for STANAG 4559 compliant systems and integration with non‑compliant ISR solutions.
• Handle storage, change control and problem reporting for configuration items.
• Ensure system security and compliance with NATO Secret clearance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Strong background in both Microsoft Windows and Linux server environments.
• Microsoft certifications for Server 2019/2022, Windows 10/11 and virtualization technologies.
• Advanced English proficiency (Level V).
• Current NATO Secret security clearance (NS level).
