Senior SAP Project Manager (S/4HANA & RISE)

About the role

Talan is seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead strategic SAP implementation, migration and transformation programmes for its Belgian and international clients. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end projects that align with business strategy while championing Clean Core architecture and the Business Data Fabric approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle S/4HANA and RISE with SAP programmes, including greenfield, brownfield and cloud migrations.
• Enforce Clean Core governance by using SAP Business Technology Platform for side‑by‑side extensibility.
• Oversee Business Data Fabric deployment using SAP Datasphere and guide legacy SAP BW migrations to the cloud.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology, conduct Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and ensure process standardisation.
• Define and manage project scope, roadmap, deliverables, budget and timelines.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading complex SAP transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of S/4HANA, RISE with SAP and Clean Core principles.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and governance frameworks.
