Infra & Cloud Technical Coordinator

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Infrastructure & Cloud Migration Project Technical Coordinator to plan, prepare and execute workload and application migration waves to public and private clouds. The role bridges technical delivery and project governance, acting as the primary technical authority throughout the migration lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and validate migration strategy, planning and change requests in ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical constraints.
• Lead end‑to‑end preparation and execution of migration waves, coordinating onshore and offshore teams, conducting dry‑runs, testing and post‑migration validation.
• Produce regular status reports, manage risks and ensure traceability between planning artefacts, change records and execution outcomes.
• Define, schedule and oversee migration tests and quality assurance activities, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects, cloud migrations or technical project coordination.
• Proven experience coordinating migration activities in complex enterprise environments with distributed/offshore teams.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch required.

Required skills

• Enterprise infrastructure knowledge: SAN/NAS storage, backup/recovery, monitoring, virtualization (VMware, Red Hat OpenShift), Windows and Linux OS.
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related IaaS/PaaS services.
• Migration tooling: VMware HCX, VMware vCloud Director Availability, Azure Migrate, other infrastructure migration and conversion tools.
• Scripting/automation concepts, DevOps tools, LAN networking, security and firewall fundamentals.
• ServiceNow (Change Management) and strong stakeholder management.
