Senior Legal Counsel – Western Europe

About the role

Tesla is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its EMEA legal team and support the Western Europe region. The role will be based in either Amsterdam or Brussels and will act as the primary legal advisor for sales, service, marketing, and regulatory matters across Tesla’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and draft/review contracts for B2C and B2B sales and service initiatives, including terms and conditions and financial services.
• Advise on marketing, website content, and other customer communications to ensure compliance.
• Draft and negotiate real‑estate agreements for showrooms and service centers.
• Manage contracts and legal issues related to the Supercharger network.
• Handle regulatory matters, build relationships with key regulators, and ensure product compliance.
• Collaborate with EMEA peers, the EMEA Litigation team, and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer admitted in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Luxembourg (must be based in Amsterdam or Brussels).
• Experience in a law firm or in‑house corporate environment, preferably with regional responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high‑volume legal matters independently.
• Strong strategic thinking, organization, and proactive problem‑solving skills.
