Senior Infrastructure AI Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Infrastructure AI Specialist you will define strategy and lead the design and delivery of AI and generative AI capabilities embedded within infrastructure platforms. You will act as the technical authority for AI integration across cloud infrastructure and mentor junior specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive AI/GenAI strategy for infrastructure services such as AIOps, predictive operations and intelligent automation.
• Architect and deliver production‑grade MLOps and GenAIOps platforms on AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Design scalable AI pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment and lifecycle governance.
• Lead implementation of GenAI use cases: incident prediction, capacity planning, anomaly detection and self‑healing automation.
• Oversee GPU/TPU provisioning, AI governance, FinOps/TokenOps and security for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, network, security and operations teams to industrialise AI solutions.
• Advise client leadership on AI infrastructure integration and emerging trends.
• Contribute to business development and shape AI‑enabled infrastructure propositions.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French (or Dutch); ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• Deep expertise in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and production ML engineering.
• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise‑scale MLOps/GenAIOps platforms.
• Mastery of cloud AI/ML services: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Studio, Google Vertex AI.
• Expert knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG, fine‑tuning and agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong background in Kubernetes for AI workloads and enterprise infrastructure operations.
