Senior HRIS & HR Tech Consultant/Manager

About the role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to join its People Advisory practice. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients transform their HR technology landscape, with a strong focus on Workday HCM and broader HRIS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise HR information systems, primarily Workday HCM modules.
• Lead HR technology and HRIS transformation projects, including process redesign and digital platform enablement.
• Develop data‑driven HR reporting capabilities within HR systems.
• Advise on broader HR transformation topics such as operating model and workforce redesign.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, translating business needs into technical solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent; specialisation in HR, Business or Information Systems is a plus.
• 4‑6 years of experience in HRIS, HR technology or HR transformation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with HR information systems, ideally Workday HCM.
• Workday certifications are highly desirable.
• Proven track record in HRIS implementation, optimisation or advisory activities.
• Strong client‑oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
