HR Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join JERA Nex bp in Leuven and help unlock the value of offshore wind. You will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees, supporting both strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day HR operations in a fast‑growing international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers on people, team and organisational challenges, driving change and a positive employee experience.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to onboarding and support employer branding.
• Coordinate learning initiatives, development programmes and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Support performance and talent management processes, guiding goal setting and feedback.
• Advise on HR policies, employment legislation and employee‑relations matters, ensuring compliance.
• Lead HR projects related to processes, systems and organisational development, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Use HR data to produce reports, dashboards and support fact‑based decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Several years of experience in a broad HR role with strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong organisational attention to detail.
• Ability to balance project work with operational responsibilities and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
