Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Applied AI

About the role

This senior position focuses on building end‑to‑end AI‑powered features that run at scale. You will work across a modern web stack, from backend services and data pipelines to frontend interfaces, delivering intelligent functionality powered by large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack AI features using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Build and maintain AI infrastructure, including LLM inference workflows and retrieval‑augmented generation systems.
• Design and run experiments such as A/B tests and AI evaluation frameworks to measure impact.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI‑driven components in production.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to define feature direction.
• Continuously improve engineering processes and tooling for rapid AI iteration.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑stack engineering experience on high‑traffic production applications.
• Proven experience shipping AI‑powered features in a production environment.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast‑moving, experimental settings.
