Senior Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead

About the role

As a Senior Infrastructure Service Delivery Lead you will own end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT infrastructure managed services for strategic clients. You will act as the primary client interface, lead a team of infrastructure professionals and drive transformation initiatives that embed AI, AIOps and automation into service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of data‑centre, cloud, network and end‑user computing services.
• Serve as the main stakeholder interface for service performance, escalations and strategic reviews with client CxOs.
• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure service specialists, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Define, monitor and enforce SLA/OLA compliance across all service towers.
• Drive service transformation initiatives such as cloud adoption, automation and AIOps integration.
• Oversee incident, problem and change management following ITIL best practices.
• Manage financials including budgeting, cost‑to‑serve modelling and value‑leakage identification.
• Govern vendors and third‑party providers, handling escalations and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch.
• Extensive experience managing multi‑technology IT infrastructure managed services.
• Proven ability to engage with CxO‑level stakeholders and deliver executive reporting.
• Financial management skills with budgeting and P&L awareness.

• ITIL 4 service management framework.
• ServiceNow ITSM tooling.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• AIOps platforms: Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic.
• Automation/orchestration tools: Ansible, ServiceNow Flow Designer.
