Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer – Remote (EU)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to join Kaseware’s Architecture Team. You will design, build, automate and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers our case‑management platform for law‑enforcement and corporate security customers worldwide. The position is fully remote within the EU and works across Azure and AWS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and operate cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS for commercial customer deployments.
• Administer Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS), handling upgrades, networking, RBAC, storage and platform tooling.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform, including modules, state management and multi‑environment patterns.
• Implement GitOps continuous delivery with ArgoCD and manage workflows with Argo Workflows.
• Create and maintain Helm charts for templating and release management.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Instrument, monitor and troubleshoot workloads using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, Fluentd and Istio.
• Support customer installations, advise on deployment topologies and participate in on‑call incident response.
• Contribute new tools, patterns and ideas to improve the technical stack.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Linux environments.
• Experience working with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
