WordPress and React Developer

About the role

We are looking for a WordPress and React Developer to join a globally distributed engineering team. The role is fully remote and focuses on building high‑traffic WordPress themes and plugins while creating modern React‑based front‑end experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable WordPress themes and plugins.
• Build interactive front‑end features using React and modern JavaScript.
• Collaborate with a distributed team using Git workflows and agile tools.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and propose elegant technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality following PHP, JavaScript and WordPress standards.
• Participate in improving product usability and user experience.

Required profile

• Experienced full‑stack WordPress developer with strong front‑end expertise in React.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset with focus on clean, maintainable code.

Required skills

• WordPress core architecture, custom themes and plugins.
• PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript (ES6).
• React and modern front‑end development workflows.
• Git version control.
• Knowledge of WordPress coding standards and security best practices.
