Senior Consultant – Industry Experience

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to support clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, transportation, logistics and government sectors. You will help shape strategic positioning, drive new business opportunities and lead organisational redesign initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for strategic positioning and new business orientation.
• Lead organisational redesign, business re‑engineering and operational‑excellence projects.
• Contribute to internal offer development by interpreting sector innovations and challenges.
• Support business development through need definition and participation in commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics or econometrics.
• 3‑6 years of experience in a consultancy environment.
• Knowledge of at least one target sector (manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, transportation, logistics or government) and a Lean certification.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
