Senior Consultant in Cybersecurity

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its cybersecurity practice. You will work on a variety of client projects, helping organisations design, implement and improve security measures across data, applications, systems and networks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cyber‑risk, strategy, compliance, operations and resilience engagements.
• Design, implement, manage, monitor and continuously improve security architectures.
• Advise clients on technical choices, including architecture, dimensioning, modeling, proof‑of‑concepts, integration and system hardening.
• Respond to security incidents, conduct reverse engineering and root‑cause analysis.
• Prepare security approval documentation such as Security Architecture Files, Security Justification Files, Security Plans and Interconnection Policies.
• Contribute to Sia’s internal offer development and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, econometrics or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consultancy firm working on cybersecurity projects.
• Proven academic track record and early‑career success.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to acquire expertise quickly.
• Excellent relationship‑building and result‑delivery mindset.
