Senior Consultant Hydrogen

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant within our Energy & Utilities practice with knowledge or experience in the Hydrogen domain. As a consultant, you’ll directly start at one of our clients and play a role in the transition of the Energy sector towards the “New Energy Reality”.

Key responsibilities

• Act as advisor and primary point of contact for managers, engineers and technical specialists across various departments.
• Manage project team members, including colleagues from Sia, to deliver hydrogen‑related solutions.
• Collaborate with the Energy team and Data Science team across different offices to broaden domain knowledge.
• Contribute to team development through strategy input, business development, recruitment, knowledge sharing and training.

Required profile

• Master’s degree and a passion for hydrogen.
• At least 2 years of consulting experience with a solid view of energy and hydrogen market developments.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and the ability to quickly build expertise.
• Trilingual in French, Dutch and English (German is a plus) and an entrepreneurial mindset.
