Senior Consultant – Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Enterprise Risk Management to join our Risk Advisory team in Zaventem. You will help organisations identify, assess and control risks while mentoring junior colleagues and working with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute internal audit, internal control and risk management projects.
• Prepare, perform and report on audit findings and control frameworks.
• Coach and review the work of junior team members.
• Conduct client meetings, interviews and deliver tailored recommendations.
• Participate in business development activities such as networking events and proposal writing.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, internal control or risk management.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including outside Europe.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the COSO framework.
• Experience using audit tools and AI‑based solutions.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
