Senior Consultant – Energy & Utilities

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join its Energy and Utilities practice. You will work on transformation projects for global clients, applying data‑driven insights to help organisations navigate change and capture new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation assignments, including data structuring, analysis, benchmarking and process mapping.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications.
• Coach junior consultants and new hires, fostering team development.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars across industry units.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of consulting experience, preferably with a Master’s in Civil or Commercial Engineering.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills with a proven academic track record.
• Deep interest in the energy sector and a curiosity for data and AI topics.
• Analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Fluency in French, Dutch (mandatory) and English; willingness to travel for temporary assignments abroad.
