Senior Concept Manager – Design & Project Lead

About the role

Cohabs is seeking a Senior Concept Manager to shape and elevate its living‑space experience across an international portfolio. Based in Brussels, you will blend creative vision with hands‑on execution, ensuring each project reflects the brand’s identity while adapting to local cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with Cohabs’ brand and strategic goals.
• Mentor and collaborate with executive and creative teams to maintain visual consistency across all projects.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stay ahead of design trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve space quality.
• Adapt design solutions for diverse locations, ensuring cultural relevance and appeal.
• Travel to project sites worldwide to oversee implementation and maintain high standards.
• Facilitate clear communication with local teams, acting as an extension of the team manager when needed.
• Resolve design challenges with creativity, precision, and a quality‑first mindset.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in an architecture or design studio; international experience is a strong plus.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to support junior team members.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking, and comfortable in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of spatial design, materials, furniture and current design trends.
