About the role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join a global recruitment specialist focused on IT and engineering. Based in Brussels, you will act as the right‑hand to the Sales Director, driving growth of large and mid‑market client portfolios across diverse sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new leads and market opportunities.
- Approach potential clients through targeted sales and marketing actions.
- Represent the company at roadshows, events and B2B meetings.
- Brief the recruitment team on client requirements and expectations.
- Manage large accounts, combining hunting new business and farming existing relationships.
Required profile
- Commercial professional with a proven track record in B2B service sales.
- Experience engaging C‑level decision makers at large organisations.
- Fluent in English; native Dutch or French is a plus.
- Team‑oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
Required skills
- Fluent English communication.
- Optional native Dutch or French language proficiency.
