Sales, Logistics & Purchasing Architect

About the role

As a Sales, Logistics & Purchasing Architect you will bridge strategy and execution, acting as a domain architect with an end‑to‑end view of the Sales, Logistics and Purchasing landscape. You will translate business strategy into scalable IT solutions while staying hands‑on when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a helicopter view over SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP IBP and related software solutions.
• Guide teams toward sustainable, end‑to‑end solutions aligned with the corporate template and business objectives.
• Act as expert or project lead to design, realize and deploy new functional solutions.
• Ensure continuous update of the functional template and documentation.
• Assess cross‑domain impacts and guarantee integrated Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Collaborate closely with key users from sales offices and manufacturing sites worldwide, advising on optimal use of standard SAP functionality.

Required profile

• Master’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in Sales, Logistics & Purchasing IT within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Logistics modules (SD & MM) and their integration with FICO, WM, IBP, etc.
• Hands‑on experience in an SAP end‑to‑end roll‑out and project management in this domain.
• Ability to think cross‑functionally and globally, with experience in complex topics such as pricing, VAT, inter‑company flows and rebate management.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder influence, and willingness to travel occasionally.
