AI Project Manager

About the role

Faktion is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise‑level AI solutions for clients across multiple sectors. You will act as the bridge between client expectations and technical execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client requirements through interviews, workshops and prioritisation techniques and translate them into clear technical goals.
• Create and maintain task backlogs, plan sprints, and monitor timelines, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate meetings between stakeholders and technical experts, safeguarding legal, ethical and security requirements.
• Pitch AI solutions, present results and adapt technical messaging to diverse audiences.
• Coach and co‑lead multidisciplinary data‑science squads, ensuring quality delivery and clear responsibilities.
• Facilitate post‑project reviews to capture learnings and identify further analytics opportunities.

Required profile

• Native‑level Dutch and English communication skills (French a plus).
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of IT project management, preferably in data or AI projects.
• Proven track record using agile methodologies and tools to deliver complex interdisciplinary projects.
• Strong ability to understand, refine and hold clients and team members accountable for requirements and outcomes.
