About the role
Deel is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the SMB segment in the Benelux region. You will be responsible for opening new accounts, building relationships across multiple contacts, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their onboarding needs and challenges.
- Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Conduct market research to uncover potential customers and leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and qualification processes.
Required profile
- Proven ability to break into new accounts and nurture relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of how sales activities impact the company’s bottom line.
- Experience working closely with wider sales teams and conducting market research.
- Capability to qualify leads by learning about their onboarding approach.
