About the role
This remote Sales Coordinator role supports a fast‑paced fintech and payments company operating in Belgium. You will ensure CRM data quality, manage lead flow and collaborate with sales and operations teams to keep the pipeline moving efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate potential customers, initiate first contact and keep structured records in the CRM.
- Maintain and update CRM data in Pipedrive, guaranteeing high data integrity throughout the sales pipeline.
- Process incoming leads, organise them and support their progression through sales stages.
- Conduct market and lead research to improve outreach and conversion.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and prospective clients to ensure timely follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Proven experience with SaaS tools and CRM platforms, especially Pipedrive.
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal progression.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑changing digital payments environment.
