Sales Consultant Wallonia (Charleroi & Namur)

About the role

As a Sales Consultant for Wallonia, you will join Viega’s sales department and be responsible for growing and maintaining a portfolio of wholesalers, contractors and installers in the Charleroi and Namur regions. You will act as the technical and commercial point of contact, helping customers choose the right solutions and ensuring they are well‑trained on product use.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers (wholesalers, contractors, installers).
• Identify and recruit new customers within the assigned geographical area.
• Provide comprehensive product information, technical advice and practical training.
• Collaborate closely with the customer service ADV team.
• Prepare and submit regular activity reports to your manager.

Required profile

• Commercial or technical education, preferably in construction or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of the sanitary and heating market in southern Belgium.
• Familiarity with key installers, plumbers and sanitary engineers.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit and the ability to work independently.
• Full proficiency in French and residence in the Charleroi or Namur area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
