Sales Assistant – Retail (Full‑time) – Brussels

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Carhartt WIP store in Brussels. In this full‑time position you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service and helping shoppers discover our work‑wear collections.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and adapt brand storytelling to the retail environment.
- Drive sales and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Replenish stock, maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and understand the business.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch; English and French are advantageous.
- Confident, outgoing personality with effective selling abilities.
