Sales Assistant (Part‑Time/Working Student)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant (working student) to join our retail team at waterdrop®. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an engaging and sustainable hydration experience to customers in our store.

Key responsibilities

• Represent waterdrop® values and promote the brand to every visitor.
• Provide excellent customer service, identify needs and recommend products.
• Answer questions on product features, prices, quality and benefits.
• Capture customer data to grow our loyalty database.
• Resolve complaints promptly by investigating issues and proposing solutions.
• Execute the 6 Drop Selling Ceremony to maximise product knowledge.
• Participate in store meetings, training sessions and maintain clear communication with colleagues.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, store cleanliness and overall housekeeping.
• Follow security, cash‑handling and stock‑protection procedures.
• Open and close the store as required and adhere to health & safety guidelines.
