Business Development (Young Graduate)

About the role

As a Business Development professional at Venturi Tribe, you will help turn cutting‑edge material technologies into market‑ready solutions that create societal impact. This position is aimed at recent graduates who are eager to combine scientific knowledge with commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities

• Lead partnership collaborations with technology partners, draft market‑adoption journeys and support execution.
• Organise progress meetings, present learnings and define next steps.
• Develop deep understanding of the unique properties of Venturi’s technologies and materials.
• Conduct market research to identify applications, build business cases and present structured insights.
• Interview industry experts to capture challenges, needs and change drivers.
• Identify and engage industry players for pilot projects and co‑development initiatives.
• Set up tests and evaluate feasibility of technologies in real‑world settings.
• Drive innovation leadership to promote sustainability and adoption of new materials.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD in Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Material Sciences or a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in B2B business development.
• Ability to navigate the buyer’s journey from early concept to closed sale.
• Strong analytical mindset and proactive outreach skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French; German is a plus.
• Excellent communication, persuasive and collaborative attitude.
