Retail Learning Manager

About the role

The Retail Learning Manager oversees learning activities across Benelux, Nordics and Poland stores, designing and delivering learning paths that drive commercial performance and enhance client experience. Reporting to the Retail Director, the role leads the Field Coach Trainer and partners with store teams to build selling and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Execute learning priorities with the Field Coach Trainer, tailoring programs to each store’s needs.
• Observe client interactions on the shop floor, coach store and team managers, and develop individual coaching plans.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Store Managers and HR on team performance and progress.
• Support retail performance management by creating action plans to improve client satisfaction benchmarks.
• Drive in‑store coaching initiatives, ensure visibility of learning activities, and monitor quality and impact.
• Plan and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for new and existing employees.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to facilitate product learning and cross‑selling skill development.
• Partner with Central and Zone Learning teams to implement and assess corporate learning programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail learning, coaching or training management.
• Ability to travel regularly across multiple countries and stores.
• Strong collaboration skills with HR, merchandising, and senior retail leadership.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities to perform gap analysis and develop coaching plans.
