About the role
Salesforce is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead its BeLux sales organisation, covering Belgium and Luxembourg. This senior sales leader will drive strategic initiatives, expand the Sales Cloud business, and mentor a high‑performing team of Sales Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team of Sales Executives to achieve individual, team and organisational quotas.
- Define and execute the Go‑To‑Market strategy for the region, focusing on retail and broader enterprise segments.
- Participate in client meetings, engage C‑level stakeholders and coordinate corporate resources.
- Recruit, hire, train and retain top sales talent.
- Conduct weekly forecast meetings and drive pipeline generation initiatives.
- Provide accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to Area Sales Management.
- Foster collaboration across the Salesforce ecosystem and promote an inclusive team culture.
Required profile
- Proven track record in building and managing B2B sales teams.
- Experience selling software, SaaS or cloud solutions, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in solution sales and transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to engage C‑level executives and act as a trusted advisor.
