Regional Inventory Manager – French & English

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Inventory Manager to lead the Belgian inventory function for a fast‑growing SME that is part of an international group. Reporting to the local director and the European manager, you will be responsible for the full scope of inventory activities in Belgium and will collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe and other internal services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end inventory cycles, generate purchase orders and track lead times.
• Maintain master data integrity, SKU replenishment codes and pricing/Incoterms.
• Analyse seasonality and market trends to produce accurate sales forecasts.
• Optimise supply‑chain KPIs, service rates, stock rotation and minimum order quantities.
• Monitor slow‑moving and excess stock to minimise losses.
• Reconcile purchase and freight invoices and manage transport anomalies.
• Ensure compliance for audits and environmental tax reporting (Bebat/Recupel).
• Source and benchmark carriers to reduce logistics and freight costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory or supply‑chain management.
• Autonomous, analytical, organised and flexible.
• Strong transversal leadership and a team‑player attitude.
• Resilient under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.

• Gross annual salary €55 k‑€70 k, depending on profile.
