Regional Business Development Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Business Development Consultant to join VELUX’s SouthWest Europe team. The role combines strategic project leadership with hands‑on execution to drive growth across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the market expert for SouthWest Europe, providing insights and recommendations to the Managing Director.
• Lead and deliver business‑critical projects that improve market share, profitability and overall performance.
• Collaborate with global, regional and local teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Conduct in‑depth market analysis, identify trends and generate hypotheses to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Support the Business Development Director and Regional EVP in shaping the regional business cycle and operational templates.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing with Global Development and other regional functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project leadership within a commercial or business development context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple countries.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region and occasional trips to Denmark.
