Global Head of Revenue Operations & Commercial Excellence

About the role

This newly created, high‑visibility position will define and scale the global commercial operating model for a fast‑growing Microsoft partner. Reporting to the Executive Committee, you will own CRM governance, sales operations, revenue forecasting, partner compliance and incentive management, building a data‑driven, scalable engine for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales operations and CRM governance, ensuring a single source of truth for pipeline, forecasting and revenue reporting.
• Define forecasting cadence, methodology and accuracy standards, delivering consolidated forecasts to ExCo and the CFO.
• Manage group pricing framework, discount approvals and commercial contract review to enforce margin guardrails.
• Maintain operational relationship with Microsoft partner programmes, handling co‑sell registration, incentive tracking and certification.
• Oversee incentive calculation and commission administration in close collaboration with Finance and HR.
• Lead pursuit management standards, sales process governance and adoption of a consistent methodology across markets.
• Partner with IT to own the commercial technology stack, including CRM configuration, sales tooling and AI‑enabled automation.
• Coordinate GTM enablement, ensuring playbooks and training are operationalised into the sales motion.
• Conduct win/loss analysis and embed learnings into repeatable sales plays.
