Sales Development Representative (Bilingual FR/NL)

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you are the first point of contact for prospective customers. You spark interest, qualify leads and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team, acting as the gateway to Eezee‑it’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all inbound leads generated from events, website, campaigns and the CRM.
• Make outbound calls, qualify prospects and prevent leads from going cold.
• Conduct cold‑calling outreach, research new prospects and initiate contact.
• Assess prospect needs, context and timing to determine real potential.
• Transfer qualified opportunities to the sales team with a clear brief.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of every interaction in the Odoo CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine targeting and messaging.

Required profile

• Bilingual French and Dutch; good English is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.
• High energy, resilience and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Curious about customers’ businesses and eager to learn.
• Open to an entry‑level position; attitude and commercial temperament are key.
• Interest in digital, ERP or tech environments is a bonus.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system, specifically Odoo.
