Recruiter – Contract (Hybrid) for International Client in Brussels

About the role

The client, an international organization based in Brussels, is looking for an experienced Recruiter on a contract assignment until March 2027. Working in a hybrid model (50 % onsite, 50 % remote), you will manage the end‑to‑end sourcing of external IT and business (time‑and‑material) resources, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and compliance with procurement standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business managers to define functional job descriptions that attract the right talent.
• Screen incoming CVs uniformly, evaluate quality‑price balance and document results.
• Monitor open requisitions, decide next steps with managers, and ensure alignment with procurement, risk and compliance guidelines.
• Contribute to the optimisation of hiring processes and procedures.
• Handle all administrative activities linked to the hiring workflow.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years (ideally 5 years) experience as a buyer/recruiter, preferably in a recruitment agency or body‑shopping environment.
• Strong knowledge of the IT market and body‑shopping sourcing landscape.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with workflow tools for recruitment processes.
• Negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
