Talent Advisor – Dutch/French Recruiter

About the role

Join Randstad Sourceright’s RPO team as a Talent Advisor supporting Daikin’s engineering and support hiring needs in Belgium. Based in Brussels (Anderlecht) with a hybrid schedule, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, delivering high‑quality candidates for a market‑leading air‑conditioning company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and support positions, ensuring a premium candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings, screen resumes, schedule and lead interviews, and present qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a talent pool through proactive sourcing, market research and innovative engagement tactics.
• Negotiate offers and drive candidates to acceptance.
• Serve as the single point of contact for hiring managers on assigned requisitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide sourcing and screening support.
• Maintain real‑time activity updates in the client’s ATS and other databases.
• Promote Daikin’s employer brand and increase market awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting engineering or technical roles.
• Proven ability to source, interview and place qualified professionals.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and French.
• Experience advising hiring managers on talent strategy.
