Receptionist – Full‑time at Brussels Health Club

About the role

Join Aspria’s vibrant health‑club environment in Brussels as a full‑time Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for members, delivering a welcoming and professional experience that reflects the club’s prestige.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors with a friendly, efficient manner.
• Answer telephone inquiries and manage incoming calls.
• Process bookings and reservations promptly.
• Handle member complaints, questions, and special requests.
• Collect payments by cash or credit card, issue receipts and give change.
• Collaborate with all club departments to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• First experience in a customer‑service or front‑office role.
• Fluent in French and English; additional European language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexible to work shifts between 06:30 and 23:00, including weekends.
• Stress‑resistant, highly organized and comfortable using reservation software.
• Team‑oriented with high energy and a proactive attitude.
