Receptionist – Front Desk

About the role

As the first point of contact for guests, you will represent Hilton’s hospitality standards and ensure every stay begins and ends with a warm, professional impression. You will manage front‑desk operations, address guest needs, and collaborate with all hotel departments to deliver seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, handle check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide courteous arrivals and departures.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints, including post‑stay courtesy calls.
• Process reservations, room allocations, payments, and manage guest accounts accurately.
• Promote hotel services, up‑sell rooms and packages, and handle foreign currency exchange and cash transactions per policy.
• Operate the Property Management System (OnQ) and front‑office equipment while maintaining GDPR‑compliant guest data handling.
• Communicate guest feedback and operational issues to the Front Office Manager and coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B teams.
• Monitor guest satisfaction platforms, prepare performance reports, and contribute to improvement initiatives.

• Attention to detail, especially in handling payments, reservations, and confidential guest information.
