Receptionist – Front Desk (Brussels)

About the role

Thon Hotels is looking for a friendly and proactive Receptionist to join its Brussels location. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and process invoices related to front‑office operations.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, record feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider hotel team.
