About the role

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all aspects of the guest journey are delivered to the highest level, acting as the guests’ “superhero”.
• Support the smooth running of the front office department and proactively maintain guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for delivering extraordinary service and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a fun, energetic approach to work.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
