About the role
We are seeking a Reception & Administrative Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers in a professional office setting. The role combines front‑desk duties with a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors at the reception desk.
- Receive, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls.
- Manage meeting‑room bookings and prepare rooms for internal and external meetings.
- Handle mail, document copying, and record‑keeping activities.
- Receive deliveries and coordinate internal distribution.
- Support the facilities team with operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional, customer‑oriented reception service.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front‑desk, or administrative support.
- Experience with meeting scheduling and room coordination.
- Professional appearance and strong customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
- Professional working proficiency in Dutch and/or French and English.
