QC Support Technician – Student Job

About the role

As a Quality Control Support Technician you will join the Quality Operations Team of a fast‑growing biotech company that develops CAR‑T cell therapies. The role is focused on supporting QC activities that ensure the safety and efficacy of cell therapy products destined for clinical trials and commercial use.

Key responsibilities

• Assist QC analysts with daily quality control analyses and documentation.
• Clean, disinfect and manage laboratory equipment, materials and waste in compliance with GMP standards.
• Handle the safe transfer of samples between production zones and logistics centres.
• Support environmental monitoring in grade C and D aseptic areas.
• Record all cleaning and disinfection activities in logbooks, forms or the e‑LIMS system.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (or equivalent).
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisational skills and ability to work systematically.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English.
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern (weekends, no nights) and wear sterile clothing.

Required skills

• Familiarity with e‑LIMS or similar quality control software.
• Understanding of GMP and aseptic environment requirements.
