Project Manager - Healthcare Equipment Delivery

About the role

MissionIBA is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery and installation of healthcare accelerator equipment from Louvain‑la‑Neuve. You will act as the central liaison between customers, internal engineering, supply‑chain, field service and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close multiple equipment delivery projects, monitoring scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, field service and quality to guarantee timely execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and partners, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans and escalate when necessary.
• Track financial performance, milestones and resource allocation, reporting status to senior management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of project‑management experience in an international healthcare or industrial environment.
• Excellent English communication; French is a strong asset.
• Assertive, autonomous and customer‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30 % of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using project‑management tools.
• Knowledge of SAP.
