Psychology Quality Assurance Lead (Remote)

About the role

This remote, hourly contract position focuses on leading quality assurance for psychology‑focused AI training projects. You will ensure that AI‑generated psychology content and trainer work meet rigorous standards for accuracy, ethics, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated psychology content and trainer/QA outputs against detailed project rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback to maintain high quality and consistency.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QA teams.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain documentation of quality processes.
• Monitor contributor activity and help reactivate inconsistent participants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, PsyD, or equivalent professional background in psychology, clinical psychology, counseling, behavioral science, cognitive science, neuroscience, social work, psychiatry‑adjacent research, education, or a closely related field.
• Strong command of English for following guidelines, team communication, and written feedback.
• 3+ years of experience in psychology research, clinical/counseling settings, behavioral science, teaching, academic writing, mental‑health content review, or related workflows.
• Deep understanding of psychological theories, research methods, ethics, and mental‑health safety considerations.
