Clinical and Sales Training Specialist - Benelux (Field)

Join a mission‑driven team that simplifies life for people with diabetes. As a Clinical and Sales Training Specialist for the Benelux region, you will design and deliver high‑quality training programmes that boost clinical knowledge, selling skills, and confidence across our internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of clinical and commercial capability across Benelux.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Education Training Specialist and Sales Training Manager to develop and deliver training for new and existing sales and clinical staff.
• Build knowledge, confidence and competence within regional Clinical and Sales teams to drive Omnipod adoption.
• Deliver new product launch training and key commercial messages in partnership with other commercial functions.
• Provide and evaluate technical product training for Certified Pod Trainer accreditation.
• Conduct digital, virtual and face‑to‑face training sessions for groups and individuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering and embedding clinical and sales training to field teams and healthcare professionals.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Professional credentials such as Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Nurse (RN) are preferred.
• Experience with diabetes technology and prior industry/commercial exposure strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
