Project / Program Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead a large‑scale digital transformation initiative in a highly regulated environment. The role combines deep knowledge of compliance‑driven sectors with strong IT and automation expertise to ensure successful delivery of digital, smart‑factory and automation components.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program startup activities, including scope definition, team onboarding, planning and work‑stream structuring.
• Design and maintain rigorous planning artefacts such as road‑maps, dependency maps, resource allocation plans and schedules.
• Escalate issues promptly and keep all internal and external stakeholders informed through clear, structured communication.
• Support program governance, ensuring alignment across cross‑functional streams and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate readiness and integration of digital, automation and smart‑factory components throughout the program lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven track record delivering projects in both highly regulated industries and technology/IT environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance‑driven settings and ability to operate within them.
• Experience with governance design, risk management and cross‑functional coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of IT systems and digital transformation concepts.
• Knowledge of automation, smart‑factory and industrial/manufacturing technologies.
• Expertise in planning, dependency mapping and resource allocation.
• Ability to design and maintain governance structures.
