Project Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Office Manager (PMO Officer) to join the Program Management Team of a large‑scale IT transformation programme in Brussels. The programme will replace multiple legacy back‑office systems with a single integrated platform, supporting the organisation’s strategic IT objectives. You will work closely with the Program Manager, IT Delivery Manager, Product Owners and other key stakeholders to ensure effective governance, communication and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and structure programme information for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Support the Program Management Team in tracking progress, identifying focus areas and maintaining project plans.
• Coordinate periodic programme reporting, prepare management dashboards and decision‑making documentation.
• Own governance and reporting processes, organising steering committees, agendas, minutes and follow‑up actions.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in PMO, project or programme management, preferably on complex IT transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities with a structured way of working.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Brussels two days per week.
