Project Manager – Power Solutions

About the role

Rolls‑Royce Solutions Liège is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead the delivery of mtu Kinetic PowerPack projects from order receipt through design, installation and commissioning. You will be the functional owner ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the required technical and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure projects are finished on time and within budget.
• Define technical and financial scope together with the sales team, worldwide subsidiaries and customers.
• Oversee accurate execution of project design and organise Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers.
• Coordinate Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Logistics and Finance to meet project milestones.
• Plan and integrate site‑related activities into the overall project schedule.
• Guarantee site readiness before delivery, installation and commissioning.
• Work with the local supply‑chain lead and supervise the main contractor during electrical and mechanical installation.
• Maintain on‑site quality‑control procedures and enforce Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) compliance.
• Close all snag items after commissioning and hand over the completed system to the customer and Aftersales department.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex engineering projects from order to commissioning.
• Ability to work with international stakeholders and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
