Repairs Team Leader

About the role

KONE is looking for a Repairs Team Leader to build long‑term professional relationships with existing customers and manage a team of technicians within a defined geographical sector. You will be at the core of field activities, ensuring service agreements are fulfilled and customer promises are kept.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer retention by meeting agreed service agreements and delivering on promises.
• Answer customer queries promptly, resolve complaints accurately and on time.
• Manage sales leads volume, quality and further processing.
• Maintain high service quality through field presence, regular audits and promotion of safety culture.
• Develop technicians’ competence, motivation and overall performance.
• Plan short‑term resourcing via absence management and mid‑term capacity planning with the manager.
• Set and review technicians’ performance objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanics, construction, civil or industrial engineering.
• Commercial mindset and interest.
• Fluent in French and English, with working knowledge of Dutch.
• Legally entitled to work in Belgium.
• Valid driver’s licence.
