Project Manager – Digital Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to own digital projects from conception to delivery within our creative agency. Based in Sint‑Martens‑Latem, you will translate client needs into clear plans, coordinate teams and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery of web and digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to plan, execute and monitor projects.
• Maintain quality standards and deliver projects within scope, timeline and budget.
• Visit clients, run workshops and convert omnichannel requirements into concrete, long‑term projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for each project, collaborating closely with account managers.
• Coordinate expert teams, delegate tasks and provide guidance when needed.
• Contribute expertise in consulting, UX design, information architecture, or related areas as required.
• Proactively suggest improvements and voice opinions to enhance project outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in digital or web projects.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms such as Drupal or WordPress.
• Strategic, creative and technical mindset with a strong sense of client business.
• Team‑player reputation, initiative‑driven and comfortable influencing stakeholders.
